Base wastewater treatment plants are protected from die-off by hydrocarbon slugs and AFFF wastes when it is inoculated with Micro-Blaze® F·O·G or administered in a continuous drip setup at problem lift stations or line tie-ins.
It is also used as a deodorizer and line and grease trap cleaner around canteens and mess halls –anywhere food preparation wastes clog pipes and lines. Both Micro-Blaze® Emergency Liquid Spill Control and Micro-Blaze® F·O·G have been tested and Certified by NSF.
Remote field offices can use the Micro-Blaze® F·O·G to clean and deodorize septic systems and porta-cans as well as remote kitchen and mess hall facilities.
Field exercise units can quickly and efficiently clean up any spills and other wastes from practice runs and field exercises using Micro-Blaze® Emergency Spill Control along with containment kits that keep the contamination from spreading into soils and watersheds. Storage of all Micro-Blaze® products is between 32° F and 120° F. Short-term periods of storage below freezing or above 120° F will not harm microbial populations. In their original concentrated form and untampered containers, Micro-Blaze® products have been shown to have a shelf life of over ten years.
